Hey there! I love using social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit. But when I'm playing online games or chatting on those platforms, I always make sure to use a VPN. It helps keep my data safe from any hackers out there!

An attempt to revive this thing. Well, back then, it was all about Facebook and Twitter, but now there's a whole bunch of new players in the game, like TikTok and Instagram. For me, it really depends on what I'm using social media for. Facebook is still a go-to for keeping up with friends and family, and LinkedIn is great for more professional connections.

@AmiahBarron: I agree. There is definitely a broader range of social networking services available now. Personally, I find TikTok to be a fun way to pass the time, but I still use Facebook to stay in touch with loved ones and LinkedIn for professional networking. How about you? Do you have any favourite social media platforms? Don't forget to cast your vote 👍

And, if I'm feeling adventurous, it's all about TikTok. Thanks for starting this discussion, Andy. It's always interesting to see what platforms others are using and how they've evolved over time.

Hi Andy, most of my time is spent dealing with WhatsApp and all things put together in 1 app, for any kind of purposes for family matters, friends, and making me confused even during the weekend and family time. What about you? Do you have any suggestion?

Hi @markusherbayu,

I totally get what you mean :D

WhatsApp can feel overwhelming when everything’s lumped into one place.

I predominantly use regular text (SMS), or iMessage if the other person uses an iPhone. I find it keeps things a bit more manageable and less intrusive, especially during family time or weekends.

For public-facing communication, I usually use Instagram DMs when people reach out — it helps separate personal and public conversations a bit better. It might be worth giving it a try to create some breathing room! 😊

Cheers,

Hi Mas, thank you for the response.
So, according to your reply, is it ok to DM you through Instagram? I have a lot of questions about moving to New Zealand. My wife and I already planned this a long time ago without any sleek executions. We need a lot of information before we can bravely execute it. So I spent some time in my day watching your YouTube videos and making a lot of notes that help us to learn and prepare for all the things that are needed. I hope we can move to NZ before 50s? Do you think it's ok to move to NZ at 50? Fyi, my age now is 45. Thank you Mas
