Computer assembly general checklist

I have compiled a computer assembly checklist that I use, feel free to use my template down below:

• RAM and SSD/HDD installed and secured correctly
• SSD/HDD SATA and power cable connected or M.2/NVME securely fitted
• Power-On Self-Test confirmed
• Correct CPU type for model detected in BIOS
• Correct SSD/HDD and RAM detected in BIOS
• BIOS updated to current (if applicable)
• Memory confirmed error-free with Memory Diagnostic Tool (if applicable)

For custom builds and imaged builds, here are the additional checklist:

• Requested OS installed (if applicable)
• Dual drive builds have both drives installed and secondary drive is formatted
• SSD/HDD setup with requested configuration (if applicable)
• Official graphics and audio drivers and all other drivers installed (if applicable)
• All USB ports, LAN and Wi-Fi is working (if applicable)
• Product key installed and activated (if applicable)
