This method is recommended by Microsoft and guaranteed to work 
Click the Start button and type
Type:
It'll say "Uninstalled product key successfully."
And then type:
It'll say "Installed product key XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX successfully."
That's it! I've used this method to upgrade Windows 11 Home computers to Windows 11 Pro and all of them are working
Click the Start button and type
cmd and click on Run as administrator.Type:
slmgr /upkIt'll say "Uninstalled product key successfully."
And then type:
slmgr /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXIt'll say "Installed product key XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX successfully."
That's it! I've used this method to upgrade Windows 11 Home computers to Windows 11 Pro and all of them are working
